In June of 1999, Kelly traveled to Caesarea, Israel to join others in an archaeology dig.




This is the trench where she and her group worked every weekday for about four weeks.


This site is where a Roman theater and King Herod's palace was also unearthed.




Kelly's group discovered a storage bin on the lower level of the trench in the picture above.

A view overlooking the snake path that reaches to the top of Masada.


Masada was where the Jews held out against the Romans for many days before the Romans evenually broke through the walls. It was a long trek up the steep trails to the top of Masada.

Take an online expedition to other interesting Archaeology Sites including the Combined Caesarea Expeditions where Kelly did her dig.
