LoveNote for Lovers. . . For Men Only - It's okay to say you are sorry. Saying you are sorry doesn't always mean you did anything wrong. When your lover is experiencing difficulties, "I'm sorry" can be an expression of understanding; it demonstrates an attitude of caring and empathy. LoveNote for Lovers. . . If you ever reach a point in your relationship where you think you have nothing good to say about your love partner, close your mouth until you think of something good to say. . . then say it. You tell yourself what to think. . . tell yourself to 'shut up' when the temptation to speak ill of your lover occurs. LoveNote for Lovers. . . Affirmation - I know that if I want my love relationship to fulfill its purpose, I must enlighten my experience of it. I must drop judgments, pre-conceived notions, opinions, expectations, positions and beliefs about it. When I do this, a miracle occurs. The miracle that occurs is that the love relationship I have becomes the love relationship I want; the one that nurtures and supports me; the one that truly empowers my love partner and me. LoveNote for Lovers. . . Often we are not present in our relationship. We are either looking into the past with regret or into the future with concern. This is it! To experience the reality of the present we must learn to live in the present; to be present to the experience of right now. The possibilities of the present are only available to those who are willing to live and love in the present. We cannot change the past and a concern for the future allows us to be absent from the present. Both options keep us stuck! Live and love every moment of right now!
