We often get so busy working on trying to fix our love partner - an impossible task, I might add - that we forget that we are responsible for only fixing ourselves. LoveNote for Lovers. . . For Singles Only - The same energy we use to hold on to the past is the same energy we need to create our future. The extent to which we cling to the past is the extent to which we are blocked in receiving what we truly want in a future relationship. LoveNote for Lovers. . . Forgiveness is for your benefit. It gives you the freedom to move forward. Telling someone you forgive them is a bonus and it is not necessary for forgiveness to be complete. Forgiveness will release you from all personal suffering and feelings of loss. Forgiveness is a mental attitude. Once convinced of its own idea, forgiveness is complete; freedom follows.
